“ This Caribbean restaurant is an excellent restaurant with lots of food & drinks to choose from. I've been eating food from this location since I was 16 and it has always been good. I've tried about 60% of their dishes and they're all delicious. I think the negative reviews on here has come from local competitors in the area who cannot compete in the kitchen so they are cheating online. ”
“ Blue Mountain have some of the best food by far in Brooklyn. My name is Bigga Lexus and I must say that my friend Junior is the owner and he's doing a fantastic job in producing great food. I've been a faithful patron of this restaurant since 1996, the food is excellent; I can guarantee that everything on the menu is amazingly delicious, the pastries are scrumptious. I MEAN EVERYTHING. This restaurant was my dad go to stop before he passed away last summer. Even though I've been living in Atlanta for the past 20years, I go to Brooklyn at least 3 times per year and while I'm there I eat at Blue Mountain at least 4 times a day. Big up to Junior, Big up Blue Mountain 5 Restaurant. ”
“ This restaurant has been my favorite spot for over a year now! Although there have been some long delivery times, I’ve noticed they’ve improved a lot lately. The food always tastes fresh and delicious. I do wish the portions were a bit bigger, but hey, given the way things are these days, I can’t complain too much! They consistently go above and beyond my expectations. I love ordering delivery and also dining in. Their chicken is simply the juiciest, and my absolute favorite is the jerk chicken! Tonight, I ordered two chicken soups, and even though they ran out of meat, they didn't just send me plain soup. Instead, they gave me two delicious platters of chicken and included a lovely note apologizing for the mix-up! Honestly, I’ve been to places where you’d just get a bowl of broth, so this was such a nice surprise. They really are generous and thoughtful! ”

“ Excellent food! Cornmeal Porridge or Oatmeal for breakfast is fabulous. Best Rasta Pasta in Brooklyn. The owner is nice. Staff at the counter could be nicer. Depending on who is there, front of the store staff is either courteous or rude. Overall, great food here. ”
